Why run Claude Code in the cloud instead of installing it?
Claude Code runs on a computer. That can be the laptop in front of you, or it can be a computer in the cloud. Tireless, a cloud computer for building with AI, is the second kind — a computer that is yours alone, with the agent already installed.
The biggest difference is what happens when you walk away. A cloud computer keeps working after your laptop closes, so a long job can finish overnight while your laptop sleeps.
Experiments stay off your own machine. When the agent tries something that doesn’t work, the mess lives on the cloud computer — not on the computer you use for everything else.
There is nothing to install or maintain on your laptop. No terminal setup, no updates, no wondering whether something broke after the last change.
And it is reachable from anywhere. Any device with a browser opens the same computer, with everything exactly where you left it.
The honest flip side: installing Claude Code on your own computer is free, and it works well if you are comfortable with a terminal and a bit of setup. If you are weighing the two, read the full comparison of a cloud computer vs. your own computer, or browse all comparisons on the compare page.
How do you run Claude Code on Tireless?
- Sign up. Sign up with an invite code. Tireless is new and access is limited, so you need an invite code, and every account is approved by a person before it’s activated.
- Pick a plan. Starter is $15 a month, Pro is $29, and Power is $59. Each plan covers one workspace — one cloud computer. You can see plans and prices before you decide.
- Create a workspace and choose Claude Code as your agent. The computer is typically ready in under two minutes. The agent installs itself and appears a few minutes later.
- Open the agent in your browser. Sign in with your Claude account, then ask for what you want in plain words.
- Optional: connect the Claude Code on your own computer. If you already use Claude Code locally, the open-source connector links your claude.ai account and lets the agent on your laptop work on the cloud computer directly.
What do you need before you start?
You need three things: a Claude account, a Tireless invite code, and a browser.
The Claude account comes from Anthropic. Claude Code is Anthropic’s product, and what you can do with it depends on what your Anthropic account or plan includes — the details are on Anthropic’s Claude Code page. Tireless is an independent product and is not affiliated with Anthropic.
The invite code is because access is limited while Tireless is new. Every account is approved by a person before it’s activated, and features may still change.
The browser is all you need on your side. There is nothing to install on your computer.
One thing worth saying plainly: Tireless provides the computer. The AI comes with the account you already have, and the Tireless price does not include Claude. If you are new to the tool itself, start with what Claude Code is.
Can you use Claude Code in a browser?
Yes. On Tireless, everything opens in a browser tab.
The terminal where Claude Code runs opens in the browser. So does a full VS Code editor, if you want to look at the files. So does a complete desktop, if the agent needs one.
When the agent builds something you can look at — a website, an app — Preview gives you a live link to it. Keep the link private to your account, or make it public with one click.
This works on a Mac, a PC, or a tablet. If it has a modern browser, it can open your cloud computer.
